Risk Assessment complete a risk assessment for walks you plan to lead
Walk Form You can use this form to provide your walk details for Chrissie or Peter
Walk Register You should destroy this paper register after your walk. Alternatively, you can use the Ramblers App to create a register.

Incident Report Form You will need to complete an Incident Report Form if there is an accident or incident on the walk you are leading. Full details are on the form
Walk Leaders and Walks Manager
Walk Leaders will need to update their contact information in Walks Manager for their names and telephone numbers to be displayed in Walk Details. Please update your preferences by checking the boxes to give permission for your name and telephone number to be displayed.

Login to Walks Manager via My Account: https://www.ramblers.org.uk/my-account
- Use your My Ramblers Account details to log in - the email address and password you use to access other Ramblers tools like Assemble, and the Ramblers app
- Scroll down the My Account page and navigate to the ‘Your volunteering’ section and select ‘Walks Manager’
You will now be directed to the ‘Welcome to Walks Manager’ home screen. Click the portrait icon in the top-right hand corner and select ‘Contact preferences’ from the drop-down list. Please amend your contact preferences and give permission for your name and telephone number to be displayed. If you give permission for your email address to be used, the address will not be displayed.
